Meet Florence Fadipe
Founder & Host of Becoming
Florence Fadipe is a registered nurse, entrepreneur, storyteller, and the founder and host of Becoming.
Her journey has been shaped by healthcare, entrepreneurship, and a desire to create spaces where people feel seen and inspired. After building her first venture, Glamir, Florence experienced firsthand the challenges of creating something, losing something, and finding the courage to begin again.
Becoming represents her next chapter — a platform built around conversations that explore identity, purpose, resilience, and the journeys behind people doing meaningful work.
Through Becoming, Florence hopes to remind others that growth is not always linear, success is not always visible, and every person is constantly becoming.
